DELIVERY WARRANTY

If the purchased item gets to you broken, you are entitled to a refund. Please, follow the instructions:

1. Send a picture of the broken item to info@formeidea.it within 24 hours of delivery and provide the details of the bank account where you want to get the refund.

2. Return the broken item to the following address: Formeidea, Via Prati della Farnesina 17, 00135 Rome, Italy.

3. As soon as we get the broken item, we will refund you the paid amount on the bank account you provided.
