1. Send a picture of the broken item to info@formeidea.it within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Return the broken item to the following address: Formeidea, Via Prati della Farnesina 17, 00135 Rome, Italy.

3. As soon as we get the broken item, we will send you a new one.
